Hiring Process

  • 1) Application

    Those interested in applying may visit the "Apply Now!" portion of our website or stop by one of our local branches. 

  • 2) Pre-Screening

    This is where the magic happens! You'll have the opportunity to get to know one of our Talent Recruiters, who will identify the best opportunities in our area that match your qualifications and goals. We'll start with a brief phone interview to discuss your needs and previous experience.

  • 3) Client Meeting

    Once you and your Talent Recruiter have identified the best potential job match for you, we'll submit your resume profile to the client! If they're interested in moving forward, often, you'll have the opportunity to tour and meet with the hiring manager. You'll get a feel for the work environment and see if it's where you can see yourself working!

  • 4) Accepted Offer

    The client selected you, and your Talent Recruiter has extended you an offer that matches your needs! Now, you'll work with your Talent Recruiter on getting started. We'll make the onboarding process as smooth as possible!


    Didn't receive an offer? Remember one application, multiple opportunities! Your Talent Recruiter may be able to recommend other options that are a match, and they may end up being the better fit! No need to reapply!

  • 5) Get To Work!

    Your Talent Recruiter will schedule you for an orientation with Referral Staffing Solutions, where you'll review paperwork and learn more about our employee expectations. 


    You'll also learn more about your client and where you'll be working. You'll leave feeling confident and ready to start your new position, armed with the necessary information!
